Assignment : Corporate Level Campus Recruitment Program – Competency Based Assessment
Our client which is one of the leading telecom service providers in India, has a well established Young Leaders program, wherein fresher’s are recruited from the leading Business Schools in India and are groomed over a period of 1-2 years to take on leadership positions in the middle management levels in the organization.
The key challenge here was to identify talent with the “right competence” and “cultural fit” from the large pools of aspiring students of the B-Schools the client had approached. To facilitate this process our role was to conduct a competency based profiling of candidates and generate a shortlist of potential candidate who could be considered for the next level of selection. Our consultants with relevant credentials in this area profiled over 900 applicants based on identified competencies for this level. This profiling served as a base work for taking the selection process further. This exercise has immensely helped our client by not only saving valuable time of their senior resources but also in enabling them institutionalize the process effectively and built their employer brand.
